This is Alex…competing at the Noosa Triathlon in early November 2024.
Alex has just completed her 12 Week Sports Nutrition Coaching Program with me! In this program we worked with her goals and challenges around her nutrition to help support her training and preparation for her event.
She learnt the right way to fuel for performance and her busy life as a mum.
Her goal/reason to work with me was to better prepare for competing in the Noosa Triathlon. Alex was motivated and determined in her training, she was like a sponge in our nutrition consults and took every piece of nutritional advice on with the same enthusiasm and passion she had for her training. She absolutely smashed the triathlon and now has aspirations to do 3 more early next year.
I’m so proud of you Alex, and have loved supporting you through this journey. I hope you’ve learnt a lot and feel more confident about competing again next year with all of this knowledge and experience behind you!
