HOW TO GET STRONG 💪

How to build strength in the gym and in life.

I will outline some of the fundamentals of building strength which will help you get results!

Compound Exercises - Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
Some of the most common compound exercises are the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Overhead shoulder press.
Doing these exercises will help you to build more overall strength.

Do low reps with heavy weight - Doing low reps with a heavy weight will help your body adapt to lifting heavier weight and increasing your strength. Try to focus on 1-8 reps with 4 sets to build strength.

Eating in a calorie surplus - It is important that you are fuelling your workouts and recovery with giving your body a surplus of calories and nutrients that will help to increase strength, recovery and build muscle.

1️⃣ FAST IN THE MORNING - Try skipping breakfast and eating your first meal around 1-2pm this will help you to stay in a calorie deficit and burn more body fat in the morning.

2️⃣ DO EXTRA CARDIO - Doing extra cardio will help you to burn more calories and put you into a calorie deficit which is needed to lose body fat.

3️⃣ LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS - increasing your strength will help to maintain muscle and increase your metabolism as well as spike your hormones helping you to build muscle & lose body fat.

Those are 3 tips you can start today to lose body fat!

This is my one year transformation on my own training program and meal plan.

We literally all start somewhere and sometimes we fall down and lose motivation in life.

This happened to me through the 2020 pandemic.

I lost all my motivation to train and eat because I was going through the hardest time in my life thus far.

But I had two choices. Either I stay down or I get my ASS BACK UP!

I chose to work hard on my bodybuilding goals and I worked my ass off with my diet and training all self coached this whole time!

I’m so close to achieving my goal physique and literally know exactly how to do it and help others as well.

Now I am dedicating more of my time to helping others achieve massive transformations and I’m excited for the future! 🔥👊

Do you want to lose weight for summer?

Here are a few tips that I personally use when I’m in a cutting phase that will help you!

1. Intermittent Fasting

This is by far one of the best ways to make sure you adhere to a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. How I personally use this is to not eat my first meal until 2pm and consume all my meals for the day within a 8 hour window.

This allows your body to break down body fat to use as a fuel source instead of food.

2. Utilise caffein and fat burner supplements.

I like to use caffein and fat burner supplements to suppress my appetite and give me energy while I’m in a calorie deficit.

This will give you the energy you need to get the daily tasks done even when you are dieting!

3. CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO.

You have to put yourself in a calorie deficit to lose weight one way you can do this is by adding in cardio to your workouts!

This will also ramp up your metabolism and turn your body into a fat burning machine!

Now none of these will work unless you have the correct nutrition and training program.
