How do you feel when you look at our new mural?

Over the past two weeks artists, Camille Monet and Alisoun Neville have been working hard transforming our space. The brief? Create something beautiful that represents the Coco Ella ethos: a place where women can find their light and shine.

We are so happy with the results!

It is even better in person, so make sure you come to the studio and check it out. It has completely transformed the space, and we have loved hearing which aspects each Coco loves.

Have you ever wondered what actually happens in a Bounce class?

Yes, we jump on mini trampolines—but there’s so much more to it! Across 45 minutes, we work on cardio fitness, balance, coordination, strength, agility, power, endurance and core… all to great music and with plenty of fun along the way.

You don’t need to be super fit or coordinated to begin. We’ll teach you the basics, help you get comfortable on the rebounder and give you options so you can work at your own pace—including gentler alternatives if you’re concerned about your pelvic floor.

Come with an open mind, and sense of fun. You might surprise yourself with just how powerful you can feel!
