Nobody has watched the Pilates boom more closely than we have 👀
It has gone from a rehab tool, or a mid morning session for people building mobility, to one of the fastest growing forms of exercise in the world. And that makes us damn excited, because we’ve always believed in its real benefits and known how helpful it really is to your overall health
Popularity is great. What often comes with it is a drop in quality.
That is the part we are here to reverse.
Back when the average session size was six to ten people, the training felt more 🤷🏼♀️
More intentional.
More focused.
More personalised to the people in the room.
We are not saying Pilates today is bad!!
We’re saying it has grown at such a rapid pace that stripping it back to the basics is where the magic really sits
Client first. Client focused. Client built 👋🏼
Because when demand climbs that fast, quality control is the first thing to slip
But in a room of six? Or eight? You know for damn sure that standard is being held, and it is never dropping 👀💪🏼
