We had the absolute honour of welcoming Nouman Ali Khan to our horse stud. His visit brought a beautiful reminder of the deep connection between horses and our faith.

In Islam, horses hold a remarkable place of dignity and purpose. They are mentioned with honour in the Qur’an, and Allah Himself takes an oath by the galloping war horses in Surah Al-‘Adiyat, a powerful testament to their strength, loyalty, and noble character.

Grateful for the visit, the conversation, and the reminder that these animals are not just a passion, but part of a heritage honoured by our faith.

Yesterday was a big day for Qasim KS. He competed at the 2025 Petstock Foal and Youngstock show ran by and WDARABs.

Qasim was awarded the Champion Junior purebred arabian c**t under both judges (Jayne Bellchambers and Carol Huxtable) and we are thrilled with his achievement.

FF Tinkerbell

Inna lillahi wa inna ileyhir rajiun- Verily, to God we belong and to Him we will return

Today we said goodbye to our precious Tinkerbell. Just under the young age of 21, Tinkerbell led a full life, leaving behind a legacy in her own right. When we were shown Tinkerbell, we knew she was a jewel that would be an honour to have, and she spent the last three and half years with us like royalty. She demanded respect from herd and humans alike, and her generous heart was witnessed when she took on a foster foal like her own and showed much love and tolerance for Mahir KS, whom she treated like a grandson. Tinkerbell was a pocket-rocket, ready to show her years of experience and impress young and old. She taught us and the herd so much- patience, wisdom, love and grief. Tinkerbell was everything one could ever want in a horse.

Tinkerbell was laid to rest peacefully with her loved ones by her side. Praise be to Allah that we were blessed with her.

Mahir KS- 9 months old. Can’t wait for his winter coat to shed.

2022 was a tough year in many ways- nothing short of a roller coaster. With the highs there were lows. Praise be to God for everything.
Our precious Tinkerbell, the queen mother of Khalifa Stud was in foal for our very own “Tinky” baby. Unfortunately, her foal, a beautiful chestnut c**t, did not make it. The same night, unbeknownst to us, a little filly lost its dam. Tinkerbell and Hope were introduced and a beautiful fostering of love was facilitated. Hope is a standardbred and at 10 weeks, is nearly taller than Tinkerbell. Hope will be with us until she’s weaned. We are going to miss her but grateful that we were able to witness the amazing mothering of Tinkerbell.
