Riding with Equity - At Watt Mindset we believe in community through riding our bikes. At Watt Mindset we believe in community through riding our bikes.

We value equity and opportunity,

Through pedalling together, in the bunch, and not dropping our mates. Where wellbeing is equally as important as turning the crank. We believe in the power of connection, turning up,

And asking ourselves what if it’s better than we expected? We believe in creating space where new destinations can be explored,

The road, on gravel and in the coffee shop. We understand the need for retreat and the spirit of adventure. We want to offer you both. Support you with either. And to know you matter. Watt Mindset. You belong.

We know it’s only Monday BUT who wants to think about the weekend….

Friday Bunchie start this week from Black Rock at 6am.

Our ride is about a friendly pace and coffee. No one gets dropped, so it’s crew and brew 🚲☕️

We’d love you to join us. All genders welcome. Book in on Eventbrite so we know you’re coming. No cost but there will probably be some questionable jokes 🤷‍♀️

We’re through hump day 🙌

Who is thinking about the weekend?

We certainly are.

Turning the crank with mates. Chatter. Sunshine. New skills. Not being dropped. Laughter. Coffee.

We’ve got you sorted and supported, it’s almost rhyming Friday !

New friends and adventure ahead 🔛

We’ve had great interest in our series and what we’re intending to create, that is riding with equity.

The support and conversation has told us we’re onto something.

We know there’s a long weekend coming up and due to popular demand we have split the At Your Pace Series so you can now join on the weeks that suit, or still purchase the whole series.

Up to you ! Freedom.

You turn up. We do the rest. We’re excited.

Weekend vibes means rides with mates. Next weekend, 15 January, our new series starts…come and meet some new mates, learn from our coach, Steggles, and laugh at our jokes…okay….maybe not with that part. We do love a coffee ☕️🚲

At Your Pace Series. This means we ride to your pace. Watt Mindset is not how fast you go, it’s about you being there. We want you there ! We're here to support you, and drink brew! Ha, it's rhyming Friday. Too much. The riding will be awesome.

“Every great achievement starts with the decision to try, and the confidence to act.”

In this little pond scenario three frogs sat on a log, one of them decided to jump. How many frogs were left?

Three. That frog only made the decision. Half way there 🐸

This is what we’re here for, you make the decision and we are there for the jump, the act of carrying out that decision.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Develop skills that will put you on the path to be a confident rider. We call that freedom.

Find your people. Having places where you belong we know contributes to well-being.

One of those places for us is on bikes. In bunches. In the cycling community. And okay, coffee shops.

Riding takes you places where nothing else can. To people, on adventures and moments that can’t be described cause they have to be lived.

Watt Mindset is about community through riding our bikes. We’d love you to join us on some of our events, series or our weekly bunchie: where well-being is equally as important as turning the crank.
