Try and have a source of Omega 3 in every meal you consume. Foods that contain Omega 3 are fish/seafood, eggs, walnuts, flaxseeds and flaxseed oil, chia seeds, soybeans. Here is a delicious prawn recipe that also includes flaxseed oil.
