We have all been there:
Something negative happened at the start of the day and instead of moving forward and take it for what it is (just a bad moment) we literally let it ruin our entire day !
Well , let’s stop doing that and learn that a moment is a moment, it doesn’t have to determine the next 24, 48hrs or more!
Most of the time you can’t change what happened, so the best thing to do is to learn the lesson from it, if any, apologize if needed, and switch the mood controlling what you actually have power on , the present moment!
Who is willing to give this a try????

We can’t say this enough: sleep is crucial for recovery, hormones function and also fat loss.
Being disciplined with our bed time especially on those days when we feel tired, or we know we have an early start or a big day the following day is self care.
Yes you might want to watch one more episode of your fav Netflix show however you might pay for it the entire next 48hrs!
For our sleep deprived Momma’s out there, in your case, just do whatever you can and stay strong, in few months you ll be able to sleep normally again 😜

Resistance training is so Empowering and helps women to focus on the weight they lift rather than the weight on the scale! 💪🏽😜
