ALMOND CUPS vegan or Caramilk ๐คค๐
Base
* 100g almonds, plus extra chopped almonds to serve
* 1/4 cup (70g) almond butter
* 1/3 cup (65g) coconut oil, melted
* 3/4 cup (50g) shredded coconut
* 2 tbs rice malt syrup
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
TOP
Vegan chocolate
Or
Caramilk
Method:
Combine all base ingredients together and mix in blender!
Spray a small muffin tin with oil. Pack base ingredients into the tin.
Put in freezer for 10 mins.
Melt the chocolate and poor evenly over the base.
Freeze for 20 mins or until set!
Store in fridge or freezer ๐

Control what you can, where you can!
Doing the small things daily to make you happy and feel in control are important. Exercise is important. We know itโs easy on these cold days to stay inside all rugged up. But moving your body even if for 20 mins can have the biggest positive impact on your mental health ๐
So this is your reminder to move your body and make sure your staying hydrated ๐ช๐ผ

Ingredients
2 cups whole meal flour
1/ 2 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup almond milk
2/3 cup coconut oil melted
Handful of choc chips
Blueberries
METHOD
1. Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius
2. Spray muffin tin ready for mixture
3. Combine all the dry ingredient together into a mixing bowl.
4. In a separate bowl mix egg, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract together.
5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix together.
6. Fold in blueberries and choc chips
7. Pour mixture evenly into muffin tin.
8. Cook for 15-20 mins, check with a knife to make sure all cooked through evenly
9. Allow to cool for 15 mins before taking them out of tin.

Hellllooo ๐๐ผ Team Alpha. We know you havenโt seen a post from us in a while! But we are back ๐๐ผ
Itโs tough Melbourne going into Its 4th lockdown, especially if your training has just gotten back on track! But we are all in it together.
Remember you wonโt lose all your gains in 7 days.
Use this time to try something new. Maybe some daily walks, home yoga, bake some new things, take some time to rest.
Remind yourself that youโre doing the best you can, and whatever you do over the next few days is okay ๐ช๐ผ๐

Your morning routine matters.
You set your entire day up the moment you wake up. Be sure that youโre setting yourself up for success.
If the first thing you are consuming in the morning in negative energy, self judgement, low vibrations. Itโs much harder to have a good day and shake yourself out of the negative mindset.
Tips for a positive day.
Stay off social media for the first hour of your day.
Wake up to your first alarm.
Meditate.
Drink a big glass of water.
Have a nourishing breakfast.
Make your bed.
Try at least one of these tips consistently and watch your days become more productive and positive.
