MEN’S INDOOR LEAGUE FINALS! 🏆⚽️

Another awesome season of our Adult Men’s Indoor League at the centre comes to an end!

Congratulations to SOH, finishing the season in 1st place and backing it up by taking out the Finals! 🏆

We’ve loved seeing the atmosphere, competition, skill and quality of football across the league. Most importantly, it’s been great to build a league with competitive teams and a group of people who genuinely enjoy playing the game.

And we’re already looking forward to the next league starting in October!

Our Soccer Holiday Development Program is designed to help kids improve their soccer skills, build confidence and have fun in a positive and engaging environment.

Neymar Jr. is a Brazilian football icon, and he credits futsal with teaching him from a young age about improvisation, quick thinking and tactical awareness.

There’s a lot we can learn from this.

As I’ve mentioned before, futsal and indoor soccer give players the opportunity to be on the ball far more than they typically are in a full outdoor match.

The outdoor game is a beautiful game, but there’s something special about small-sided football too.

The skills.
The flair.
The creativity.
The ability to create something incredible in a tight space.

It can be breathtaking to watch.

That’s why we encourage all players to give small-sided games a try, especially if your child isn’t getting many touches on the outdoor field.

More time on the ball means more opportunities to make decisions, react quickly, solve problems and build confidence.

And the more they experience those situations, the more natural those decisions can become when game day comes around.

Getting better isn’t always comfortable!

And it really shouldn’t be.

When you take yourself to the next level, you need to bring an extra level of intensity.

That’s true on the field.
That’s true in the gym.
And that’s true in anything you want to achieve in life.

Growth doesn’t happen inside your comfort zone.

If you’re never uncomfortable, never challenged and never pushed beyond what you can already do, you’ll stay exactly where you are.

Whether your goal is to become a superstar soccer player or simply become a better player for your weekend games, you have to be willing to push yourself.

Because if you only do what feels comfortable, you’ll only ever achieve the bare minimum.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable. That’s where the growth happens. ⚽️💪
