High Protein Viral Dot Cake (Serves 3)
Ingredients
Cake
170g Woolworths butter cake mix (œ packet)
1 egg
80g Minor Figures churros oat milk
25g Rule One birthday cake whey protein
10g sprinkles
2g olive oil
Frosting
100g YoPro yoghurt
100g light cream cheese
10g icing sugar
Topping
30g sprinkles

Method
1. Mix together the cake mix, oat milk, whey protein, egg, and olive oil until smooth.
2. Pour into a lined baking tray and bake until set (follow packet temp/time as a guide).
3. Let it cool, then use a cup or cutter to cut out circles.
4. In ramekins, layer:
* cake
* icing mixture
* cake
* icing mixture
5. Finish with sprinkles on top
6. Chill slightly if you want it to set like a proper layered dessert.

Iâll say it louder for the people in the back! The more you over complicate it the more complicated it feels.
Structure is always the answer đ«¶đŒ
Iâm going to say this with love and honesty, because a lot of women need to hear it sooner.
A âslow metabolismâ is rarely the reason fat loss isnât happening.
What I see far more often:
- Food intake being underestimated across the day
- âHealthy eatingâ still sitting above maintenance
- Small extras that add up without being noticed
- Weekends not matching weekday structure
- No real awareness of consistent intake
Your metabolism didnât randomly break.
What usually changes is your intake, your routine, and your awareness.
Fat loss only responds to whatâs actually happening, not what you think is happening.
