The importance of sleep !
Training and food are some aspects that are very important to recovery!
But what most people over look is the absolute importance of rest and sleep.

💤 Getting adequate, quality sleep is an important part of a healthy weight loss

Why is water intake important?
🧊Water carries nutrients and oxygen to cells
🧊It helps lessen the burden on our kidneys and liver, by flushing out waste
🧊Helps dissolve minerals and nutrients, to make them accessible to your body
🧊3-5L in consumption, is prime for active bodies
🧊 But also crucial for good digestion
To stay consistent, try not to consume to much water while eating. During meal times try to just keep it to sips.
While water can aid digestion, make sure you don’t use it to aid your mouthfuls of food going down, this is very important!

Strength isn’t just physical, strength is the discipline to get up and do what’s uncomfortable. Strength is saying no to the drink or the party. It’s waking up in the cold to get your cardio in. Strength is all a mindset and once you unlock that door your potential will be limitless.

Each day, you need to just keep pushing. Set small achievable goals, not just one big goal. Step by step is your fitness journey, as is life. Take it all one day at a time and you will start to see your world, fall into place.
