Itโs bloody tough when your body starts to behave in different ways. Bloating, thickening around the mid section, low energy, hot flushes, poor sleepโฆ.nothing seems to work. Itโs like some alien has morphed itself into your body and taken over and thereโs nothing you can do about it!!! ๐ฝ โฃ
