Exciting News 🙌🏼 Sushil’s Chakra Balancing Pop-up series is back for a limited time

Join Sushil this June for a three-week pop-up series exploring the chakra system. The word Chakra in Sanskrit means “wheel” and is translated as spinning wheels of energy located throughout the body. Imbalance in chakras can lead to illness, fatigue, and emotional imbalances, while a balanced chakra system allows energy, or prana, to flow freely, leaving us feeling healthy and peaceful.
In this pop-up series, you’ll explore Yin yoga practices designed to help restore balance within the chakras, supporting vitality, and creating harmony throughout the body and mind.
