This is how you build team culture, it’s not about the on field stuff it’s about what happens off field, once you have that right you will get the results on the field.
Hard work on and off the field pays off and you will notice it on game day.
Sure drinking can be bad and sure it’s not always perfect but at the end of the day football is more than a game.
