Monday evening starts with yoga at 5:30pm for a great session tonight led by Guy. 🙏🏻 For those wanting to join at 6pm for prostrations prior to class the doors are open for anyone who wants to quietly join in the session- Highly recommended as a great warm up for Buddhist Session.

Join us at 6:30pm - 8pm for meditation and teachings on the 8 fold path.

Thursday evening is a delight!

Tonight after yoga at 5:30pm we will be hearing the yadaki to take us into deep grounded healing meditation. Meditation sesssion finishes at 7:15pm, followed by psychic development - tonight we work with pendulums as a reading tool. Finish approx 8pm :)

Good evening!

Classes are about to begin, 5.30pm for yoga, followed by meditation at 6.30pm.

Tonight we follow on from last week with intuitive development techniques. We re-visit muscle testing in our 7.15pm intuitive development session, where we keep things moving and introduce spiritual protection methods like shielding, mirroring, cord cutting etc.

It’s going to be a great session - well suited to anyone who is naturally intuitive, interested or curious to begin. ***Remember, attending the meditation session prior is a requirement for intuitive development classes.
