Hey all! Join me for Saturday yoga in the morning. We warm up at 8am with Sun salutes (lots of up and downs)...anyway, if you’d like a little cardio before relaxing yin at 8:45am come along!

Good evening!
Classes are about to begin, 5.30pm for yoga, followed by meditation at 6.30pm.
Tonight we follow on from last week with intuitive development techniques. We re-visit muscle testing in our 7.15pm intuitive development session, where we keep things moving and introduce spiritual protection methods like shielding, mirroring, cord cutting etc.
It’s going to be a great session - well suited to anyone who is naturally intuitive, interested or curious to begin. ***Remember, attending the meditation session prior is a requirement for intuitive development classes.

With new students arriving, we’ve carved out a few classes that are great for beginners. You can of course join any class - but if you are looking to ease back in, or are starting new, these sessions will make you feel right at home.
Casual entry $19pp
Members attend 3 sessions for $29 per week.

Hello everyone!!
Happy Thursday - tonight we have the classic line up of 5:30 yoga, 6:30 teaching/meditation and our intuitive development class is all about deep physical healing. You won’t want to miss it. Think kundalini work with kinesiology and you are in the right path. I expect a miracle in the house ;) ok !👌
