The timetable just got an upgrade.

After listening to feedback and watching how members were actually training, we’ve made some big changes - and we think this is the best weekly program we’ve ever put together.

Here’s what’s new:

More boxing classes. More sessions with real progression built in. More 9:30am classes for those who can’t make the early mornings. And more strength sessions so our strength members aren’t missing out.

One of the biggest things we noticed - 3 Trenches sessions a week was too much. It’s a taxing class, and members were either burning out or skipping strength to protect their boxing. That’s not a good program. So we’ve restructured so you can actually recover, progress, and show up consistently.

This new schedule is built around four things: progression, recovery, injury prevention, and community. Train smarter. Not just harder.

A few things to know about the timetable:

- White classes are beginner friendly.

- Sky blue classes are for intermediate and advanced boxers.

- Red classes have no boxing involved.

We’re pumped about this. Come see what it feels like to train on a program that actually makes sense.

Any questions - DM us or chat to a coach on the floor.

HOW TO GET POWER IN YOUR LEAD RIP.

You don’t need distance. You don’t need to wind up.
You just need to drive your elbow and hip through the target. This also keeps the punch tighter, faster all while keeping you less exposed to your opponents counters and attacks.

The power comes from the slip - your body’s already loaded. Drive from there.

Cue I gave him - imagine a spear coming out of your hip. You’re trying to drive it straight through the target.

Slip and Stab.

3 things we focus on when drilling defence 👇

1. React, don’t anticipate.
If you’re guessing what’s coming, you’re not actually learning. Let your eyes work and build real reactions.

2. Aim for the head.
Make it realistic - keep a controlled pace so no one is getting hurt, but accurate shots so both people can learn properly.

3. Small movements.
Good defence is sharp and efficient. Don’t overreact, stay tight and in control.

That’s how drilling actually transfers into real boxing.🥊
