Always been a fan of keeping things simple when it comes to building arms.
No overcomplicated routines. No fancy variations that look good on camera but don’t move the needle. Just basic gym movements done with intent, consistency, and progression.
Barbell curls, dumbbell curls, close-grip presses, overhead extension — the fundamentals don’t need marketing because they work. Every rep is about control, full range, and actually feeling the muscle do the work, not just moving weight from point A to B.
The truth is, most arm development doesn’t come from “new exercises,” it comes from mastering the ones people tend to rush through. Add load when you’re ready, stay strict when it gets hard, and repeat that long enough for it to matter.
Keep it basic. Keep it consistent. That’s where real arm growth happens.
