Lose Weight ✅ Be and Feel Confident ✅ Fix Eating Habits ✅
Sascha first came to me last year, she wanted to lose weight, feel confident and fix her eating habits. But at the time she wasn’t exercising, barely ate some days because of her relationship with food, anxiety or stress and would then result in binge eating.
We first focused on the foundation of her relationship with food. We built consistency around her daily eating habits, taught her skills to manage stress without falling back into old habits and worked on fuelling her body and mind. Slowly her confidence grew not just in the gym but in her everyday life as well as her relationship with food.
Fast forward after 12 weeks of working together and the results speaks for itself
⚡️ Weight dropped from 60.3kg to 57.4kg
⚡️ Consistency in eating habits
⚡️ Improved relationship with food
⚡️ Feels strong and confident in the gym and everyday life
⚡️ Overall improvement in her health and mindset
But the biggest win? It was’t just a temporary fix just to change in 12 weeks. She has now learnt skills to keep going long after and continue to walk with confidence 🙌🏾
