Prior to joining David has had a long-term interest in fitness however has never had proper guidance and as a result
โ Often fell off-track
โ Lost motivation and drive
โ Felt lost training
โ Was never able to build his dream physique
โ Felt like training was a chore
Since joining, weโve been able to channel his great work ethic to completely transform his physique while balancing social life and work commitments
Before we talk about his accomplishments, theses were the hurdles that we empowered David to navigate
๐ Army trips where control over food was difficult
๐ Social parties that also involved alcohol (he brought a bag of popcorn along ๐)
๐ Date night dinners with his fiancรฉ
As a result, we were able to maintain consistency while progressively eating more food each week
Weโve since been able to:

Increase his calories by 1200 since joining
โ
Increased his metabolism
โ
Built muscle to enhance his physique
โ
Dropped 6kg of fat
โ
Reignited his love for fitness
AND this is just the first 16 week checkpoint - our end goal is to get him spicy for Summer and for his Wedding next year!
Our focus for the next 16 weeks is functional strength and bodyweight control (calisthenics) as his metabolic capacity is through the roof while getting LEANER!
This means, weโve improved relative strength, helped David become more agile and nimble while trimming down unnecessary fluff.
AND - heโs also does Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and plays Futsal
This highlights the importance is proper nutrition and recovery to ensure his body is able to effectively recover from his workouts so he can continue to build muscle and burn fat!

There was a time that where the voices and thoughts in my head would take control and cripple me from taking action
Voices of negativity
Voices of doubt
Voices casting a shadow over my bright optimistic views
Voices ushering me towards a dark corner and into a ball
These voices often remind me that Iโm not capable, that I donโt have what it takes, that Iโm inferior and that Iโm a failure
It made me afraid to try and put my best out there as I would fear the judgement from others
This mindset steered me towards making excuses for myself rather than putting myself out there to try
โ Deep down, I wanted to start a business but I was too afraid of failure to even try
โ Deep down, I wanted to be shredded but because I doubted myself I never had the courage to declare it
โ Deep down, I didnโt think I could succeed at work, so I started showing up late to work, acting like I didnโt care
It was easier for me to try not than try and fail
I thought others would judge me based on whether I had been able to achieve my goal or not. I thought people would only respect me if I had succeeded
I came to realise that these voices in my head started from me - these are my own projections and assumptions
I talked myself out of trying based on fear of what others might say
I lived in a judgemental environment when I was partying every week which conditioned me to value my self-worth based on what others thought of me
โ I put on a front every week, pretending to be rich
โ I tried to dress fancy, pretending I had a higher quality of life
โ I drank alcohol till the sun came up to try and get along with the popular kids
Overtime, these actions lead me to being unhappier and eventually depressed
I realised that it wasnโt others who judged me, it was me who judged me
โจI was so caught up on trying to please others, impress others that I forgot the only opinion of myself that matters was my own.
When you spend your life trying to make others happy, youโll be the only one who isnโt happy.

Tudor had tried to lose weight in the past but wasnโt able to lose that last 5kg and plateaued
He was eating a low calorie diet which yielded results short term, but eventually the side-effects of a low calorie diet caught up
He was tired all the time
He didnโt have much strength in the gym
Was stuck eating low calories
Over time, he ended up gaining all the weight back plus 20KG
When Tudor started working with me, we reverse-dieted him (progressively increased calories) all the way up to 2700
We do this with all our clients to find out the maximum amount of food they can eat while dieting
โจThis will ensure they are able to get shredded as the higher the calories you start your diet, the longer you can go
Over 32 weeks, his calories up and then eventually progressively went down to get shredded
Despite his calories going up and down, he lost weight linearly
Tudor is currently on 2200 cals and still losing weight, this means we have plenty of room to drop his calories before he plateaus again

He never needed to give up going out with his friends, having alcohol and going to weddings and music festivals

My client Sally regained her confidence and energy level in 16 weeks!
Before joining us, Sally struggled to find time to look after her health and fitness; she thought she would have to spend hours at the gym and sacrifice the food she loved and enjoyed.
However, we showed her it doesn't have to be that way.
We understand that time is valuable to sally, especially being a mum and working a full-time job, so we made sure everything was simple and easy for her.
Meal preps were quick and simple but delicious; we also showed her how to incorporate eating out along her journey.
Workouts were simple, with minimal equipment at home. All she needed was a few dumbbells; This way should be home with her family.

Prior to joining Matty felt his lifestyle habits, work and getting older had negatively impacted his physique.
Working an office job, Matty overtime became much more sedentary and had reflected back to his โprimeโ 8 years prior and wanted to be able to relive it
His fitness eventually impacted his mental health, which lead to anxiety and depression

Round of applause to our Client Lisa
Lisa lost 4 kgs and 12 cms off her waist while creating a healthier relationship with food.
She killed it in the 16 weeks with us.
Before joining us, Lisa was weight training here and there, but she wasn't getting the results she was after. Lockdown also didn't make it easier, so she wanted to build better lifestyle habits to bring her physique to the next level.
She knew nutrition was where she needed to focus, but she didn't know where to start. She is a big foodie and loves burgers, pizzas and tacos.
We worked with Lisa to show her that she doesn't have to give up the foods she loves and enjoys but learns to incorporate them.

The simplest approach that allows you to be the most consistent long term is the best strategy
Brian has been nothing but textbook consistent through the last 32 weeks and has completely transformed his physique. Not to mention he has probably the best quads that Iโve been, period.
Brian has absolutely phenomenal genetics for building muscle as seen in his calves and quads however, also gains body fat quite easily.
In his before photo, you would not know what Brian would have been capable it and itโs easy to blame genetics of being overweight, but what most people donโt realise is with the right systems, we can uncover hidden blessings that may not have been obvious at the start.
Well done Brian - weโre concluding our diet here as heโs struggling to fight urges to eat - no harm in calling it here - should absolutely be incredible proud.
Now we start the reverse diet/recovery phase - well done Brian.

Jess has been struggling with her fitness journey for more than four years. Due to her busy life schedule, life got in the way, and things were hard to manage, resulting in Jess not feeling like is where she wanted to be with her health and confidence. She missed being in her prime.

Before working with Achieve Championship, Bailey tried to lose the excess weight she had gained throughout the pandemic. She tried exercising to exhaustion and eating little to nothing to reach her goal of looking and feeling great.
Yet the weight still wouldnโt come off!
Working a desk job and not fueling her body correctly, Bailey found it challenging to concentrate on her day-to-day tasks and find the motivation to exercise. Even while exercising to exhaustion and eating little to nothing each day, the weight wouldnโt come off. The mental fatigue of being stuck in the same continuous cycle of trying and failing to look and feel her best eventually took its toll, and finally, Bailey said, โScrew this, Iโm tired of feeling like sh*t.โ
Going into her program, Bailey was unsure of how much to eat each day and lacked the accountability required to get the exercise her body needed each week.

Body recomposition in 32 weeks! Look at those muscle gains ๐๐ช๐ฅ
Gwenโs number one goal was to lose body fat and build more muscles coming into the program
Gwen is young, talented and hardworking; she works part-time while studying full time at uni.
We worked around her busy life schedule to ensure she didnโt have to spend countless hours at the gym or in the kitchen
We simplified everything for Gwen to make it easier for her to establish new habits and fit fitness into her busy lifestyle
Before joining the program, Gwen had poor eating habits and no consistency with training.

๐ปโโ๏ธ She ate very little throughout the day and week and would splurge over on the weekends. She would often be so busy that she would skip dinner entirely.

๐ปโโ๏ธ These poor eating habits led to a lot of snacking
It took us a long time to establish these eating habits together. At the start, when we told Gwen we would need to increase the amount of foods she should be eating daily, she got pretty nervous. ๐ฌ

๐ปโโ๏ธ Society tells us we need to eat less to lose weight. Yes, we need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. However, you donโt need to cut aggressively to the point where you are eating below 1,000 calories a day. It leads to binges that take you out of the calorie deficit anyways.
Together we focused on;
๐ Eating more well-balanced meals and higher protein.
๐ Training four times a week consistently
๐ Getting stronger by the day
We went through a mini cut till Gwen was happy with her physique, and we reversed dieted. Gwen is in her building phase right now; calories are high while maintaining her conditioning and getting stronger at the gym.
๐ Gwen was able to maintain her social life and still go out with her friends and partner
๐ Gwen learned how to eat out on the weekend without sabotaging her progress.
