My awe for these devine instruments just increases the more I play them π I only need to sit with them for a few minutes & I can bring myself back to centre, feel more grounded & float back into reality with a new vibe π«

Currently due to my lack of motion during this pregnancy my life saviours are mudras, breathwork & meditating on my heart to womb connection. My physical body may not be able to move freely, but that doesn't mean my energy needs to get stagnant!
Having my second c-section 15 months before getting pregnant again has been hard on my body, especially the scar area, which allows for so many movements. Started to wear a belly band today which wouldn't think I needed at 6 weeks - but is is FANTASTIC π₯°
