Still crazy
Calisthenics and outdoor bodyweight training with an emphasis on strength and conditioning. I am a normal guy who turned into an expert. I'm a dad. Without a gym.
A dad who wanted to be able to take my daughter to the beach and the pool without feeling self-conscious. So I started researching and trying exercises using my bodyweight to build strength and fitness. I started to eat right, learn calisthenics, and skip with a rope, just like my favorite boxers. After 4 months, I lost 32 kilos. In the park. Working on myself. I started out just inspiring others
