That feeling when you finally fit back in to a fav post baby dress. Albeit, I was back in my joggers within minutes but doesn't it feel good when your hard work starts paying off?

It's ok if you don't feel like a work out today and its ok if you don't feel like a work out tomorrow.

Having a few days off is not going to undue all your hard work, and rest days are equally important.

Some days its really hard to find motivation, and if you search down deep and its still nowhere to be seen than thats OK. Don't beat yourself up, maybe go for a stroll in the park and grab a coffee instead.

I honestly believe you will never regret a work out, but at the same time sometimes it is nice just to not do it.

The most important thing is that you look after your health and wellbeing. Eat a balanced diet, turn the 6am alarm off and roll back over, get out of bed and do the fitness class, read a book. Go for a walk, medidate, listen to music, sunbake, eat some cake, drink some wine,gas to your friends... Just do whatever makes you happy in that moment in time 😊

⚡BOOTCAMP IS BACK⚡

ShereensFitFam outdoor group sessions are back. If you want to feel confident, strong, healthy, fit and have a whole lot of laughs while doing so, then come join the fun.

Sessions details:
Tuesday: 6:30pm
Thursday: 6:30pm
Saturday: 8am

I may add a morning session if enough clients want one 😁

Training with a toddler 💪🏼

Being a Mum sometimes its hard to find the time to squeeze in a workout on your own. Of course there may be a lot of stop/starting when training with a child present, but there are also some awesome perks.

1. Setting a good example for you child to keep active
2. You still get to do a exercise even if its not how you would usually do it
3. Cuddles whilst squatting
4. You didn't skip a workout
