'All or Nothing' vs. 'Always or Something'
As humans, we tend to have this 'all or nothing' approach with health and fitness... we might go all out and put everything into it, then we become too content and too comfortable and we forget to be consistent and drop off. You might gain a few kilo's and freak out and drop everything because it's all ruined.
Today I heard something that has stuck with me: 'Always or something'.
As opposed to all or nothing, this outlook encourages you to be consistent with the small things, and on your bad days, or bad weeks, you still do something.
Personal development is an incredible thing to focus on with the effects it can bring to your mind and body. This morning I took a walk and listened to a podcast: maintaining mindset and control.
Getting yourself into this mindset - especially during this time - is so important to keep your body feeling active and healthy. Now more than ever we are inclined to relax and take it easy.
Ask yourself what's important - focus on you.

Holidays are a time to relax and celebrate... but never forget your goals and more significantly WHY your goals are important to YOU.
It might not be your preferred gym style - for example there was no free weights in this gym in Melbourne.
The point is: Find a way to reach your goals no matter the circumstances.

Fundraiser bootcamp to do our part in helping out in the Australia bushfires💪
As most people know our country is burning and a lot of people and wildlife have been affected.
Jetts Aveley will be running a fundraiser bootcamp on Saturday the 18th of January at 8am to help raise some much needed funds for those affected by the fires.
Please tell everyone you know, bring friends or family along and donate to help us make a difference!
