The change you are seeking in your game can only come from within.
Looking for reasons why you can’t is only holding you back from becoming the athlete you want to be.

Replace a limiting thought with a positive one.
Act on it. Repeat the process.
Over time, confidence builds. Performance follows.

Athletes are humans.
One of the biggest mistakes coaches can make is only seeing the athlete.
Performance is influenced by far more than training alone. School, work, relationships, sleep, stress and life outside of sport all impact how an athlete presents each day.
The best coaching conversations often happen before the first set or rep is even completed.
Understanding the person allows us to better understand the athlete.
Exercise prescription is the easy part. Communication, trust and understanding are what ultimately drive long-term development and performance.
