It’s been a good while since I’ve got under some weight for squat. The journey has been long and annoying but i stayed disciplined and man it feels good 🙌🏾

🤔 Ever wonder why your not getting the results you want? You could be doing everything right as far as nutrition, step count, good program structure etc but you still find yourself not were you wanna be?
🏋🏾♀️ We tend to want to try different programs because they might look cooler than others, when in reality your overlooking the most important pierce of the puzzle, which is effort!
👉🏾 We can find our ourselves drift into a comfort zone because it feels good. It’s not to hard or too easy, but it’s enough it keep us happy. In training or in life we have to work out of our comfort to achieve a level that we haven’t reached. So before you a start your training journey, mental prepare yourself of getting use to being uncomfortable if your desire is to improve and reach levels that you want to reach.
A uncomfortable grind is a successful grind.

🚨BIG TRANSFORMATION ALERT🚨
My dog has put in some major work. Start at 248lbs (112kg) to 212 pounds (96kg). A plan was drawn up and my boy put in the work. My guy is summer ready so you know he outside! Cut up den woah! Great work man.

‼️Big transformation ‼️
DPWM! (Don’t play wit him) when my good friend and ex teammate reached out months ago, my dog said he was ready for a change. Playing offensive lineman as a professional Athlete size matters, but since hanging up the cleats it was no need to carry around weight that’s not being used. So with consistency in the gym and with his nutrition. My guy is down 45 pounds! (20 kg)
Start: 320 pounds (145 kg)
Current: 275 (124 kg)
(WE NOT DONE YET!)
Everyone has a staring point, it’s not where you begin it’s how you finish. When i plan is pleasant, a grind is all you need.

Fat lost phase conquered‼️
Start: Dec 19th 2021
End : March 15th 2022
Weight: 81kg to 74kg
💪🏾Meet my client , Jackson reached out wanting to lose some weight, tone up a bit and add strength. I was able to create a plan for Jackson based around his lifestyle and all he had to do is execute the plan, which is exactly what he did.

Maximise your performance 🚀
As most people know and if your not most people nutrition and training go hand in hand no matter what result your after. Everyone have different lifestyle, weather it’s very busy or laid back and chilled. Make no mistake whatever your life style is some sort of discipline must be in play.
As trainer i know how discipline you have to be when it comes to tracking your food consistently to get to your ideal result as quick as possible. I understand everyone is not me or not discipline enough to that degree.
So In saying that i would like to introduce the new addition to grindtime fitness, the grindtime meal plan. The grindtime meal plan is a meal plan that’s set out for 12 weeks with nutritionist foods that you choose and is set out for 7 days a week. Simply just follow directions without having to log anything. What’s great about the grindtime meal plans is that everyday can be different so rather your a person that can eat the exact same thing everyday or a person that likes a type of variety, the grindtime meal plan is for you.
Weather your an Vegan or vegetarian, each meal plan will be specifically based on what you want created by me with all the macronutrients and how much of what you should be eating per meal.

🤝Lead by example 🤝
As a trainer i pride myself of being a result of what I’m teaching. We all have a look that we want to achieve, but not all realises what work has to be done, time invested, and sacrifices that are made.
People fail to realise that people that have great physique have been training consistently for years. So if you’re that person looking for a quick result then your in for a wake up call.
Before saying you want this dream body ask yourself these questions and be honest with yourself
🤔 Am i willing to scarface certain things i enjoy?
🤔 Am i patient enough?
🤔 Can i consistently train hard?
🤔 Am i disciple enough to track my food?
🤔 Can i commitment to the given amount of days to train?
Those are just a few. Find your reason and ask yourself am i willing to do all these things to get the end goal.
If your not willing to do certain things and make
Sacrifices then you might want to find another goal to explore.
