TUESDAY YOGA IN BRUNSWICK
Join us at 6PM for a 50-minute in-person EMBODIED YOGA where we explore from a place of enquiry and curiosity. Our classes blend Yoga Asana, Somatic Movement and Pranayama Breathwork, with occasional Mantra and Mudra practices. Each session begins with grounding, gently warms up into intentional movement and breathwork and concludes with meditation and supported rest.

We are spending Tuesday evenings at the delightful Studio Take Care in Brunswick. The studio is soft, cosy and a soft landing place for us to move, breathe and rest together.
More about the actual class in the booking like but here is a sneak peak of the space.

Happy New Year if you follow a weird calendar that has nothing to do with the moons and the planet we live on!
But still here we are at a new calendar and maybe you have the ‘new year, new …!’ vibe going on!
Sometimes this comes with negative self talk and doubt that you are not enough of this
Or you need to be more of that
and if only I could get to etc etc
I’m not about to tell you not to strive for something you desire or that you shouldn’t take steps to move towards something that is important to you!
But I am sharing this as a reminder to myself as-well as a reminder to you, that you are enough just as you are!
You don’t need to change anything drastic about your devine self and certainly nothing to do with your appearance!

Please don’t be in a rush to be someone else!
You are enough as you are!
May 2026 bring you ease, joy and rest.
Grind culture and some one else’s agendas have no place in an asana or movement class!

Shavasana isn’t just the end of class—it’s the point of it.
