You are busy, stressed and burnt the fk out.

Combine that with underfuelled, dehydrated and sleep deprived, your body has got zero hope of fighting the cravings that hit at 4pm daily.

It’s not that you’re losing control around food. It’s that you’re not prepared to set your self up for success, with small actions that help you avoid a binge session.

Eat enough protein, carbs and fats daily. 🥗

Get 8 hours of quality sleep. 💤

Stay hydrated with more than just water. 🧂

Stop overriding my emotions and ignoring what I actually need.

Don’t restrict completely, just moderate.

Raise your awareness around how your brain actually works 🧠

Incorporate joy in your life 🫶🏼

Stop scrolling and eating at the same time. Be present during meals. Notice flavours. Chew. Stop rushing.
