New Advanced Back Piece For Apollo Gym-Elite Sports Performance

1. Setup:

Adjust your chest pad and seat height so your arms are fully extended at the start and your elbows drive back naturally.

2. The Benefit:

Unlike standard cables, adjustable peg loading lets you change the resistance profile to match your biomechanics and target specific muscle fibers.

3. Choose Your Peg:

Top Peg: Heaviest at the stretch (bottom) - great for advanced growth.

Middle Peg: Balanced and smooth all the way through - best for most people.

Bottom Peg: Heaviest at the squeeze (top) - great for peak contraction.

Middle + Top: Moderate stretch-bias with extra tension at the bottom and balanced through the rest.

THEY RANGE IN WEIGHTED PAIRS FROM 9LBS TO 150LBS (APPROX 4KG TO 70KG).

THIS IS AN EXCITING TRAINING VARIATION TO DBS & KETTLEBELLS.

THE FATBELL IS A KETTLEBELL, WITH THE HANDLE MOVED TO THE CENTRE, OR CORE.

THIS CENTRAL HAND PLACEMENT, IS DESIGNED TO BALANCE THE WEIGHT EQUALLY AROUND THE HAND. IT IS A BLENDING OF THE KETTLEBELL & DB.

THE AIM IS TO MAKE THE HAND & BELL FEEL CLOSELY CONNECTED.

THE OBJECTIVE IS TO REDUCE SHEARING FORCE ON JOINTS, WHILE ADDING A BALANCED LOAD DISTRIBUTION TO MUSCLES & CONNECTIVE TISSUE.

THIS IS A VERY UNIQUE, VERSATILE BENCH. IT IS BASED ON THE STANDING STRICT INCLINE BENCHES OF THE SILVER ERA (1940-60s) OF BODY BUILDING.
