PRIME EXTREME ROW MACHINE

New Advanced Back Piece For Apollo Gym-Elite Sports Performance

1. Setup:

Adjust your chest pad and seat height so your arms are fully extended at the start and your elbows drive back naturally.

2. The Benefit:

Unlike standard cables, adjustable peg loading lets you change the resistance profile to match your biomechanics and target specific muscle fibers.

3. Choose Your Peg:

Top Peg: Heaviest at the stretch (bottom) - great for advanced growth.

Middle Peg: Balanced and smooth all the way through - best for most people.

Bottom Peg: Heaviest at the squeeze (top) - great for peak contraction.

Middle + Top: Moderate stretch-bias with extra tension at the bottom and balanced through the rest.

Middle + Bottom: Moderate contraction-bias that is heavier at the squeeze and lockout.

4. Choose Your Grip:

Neutral (Palms In): Targets mid-back, lats, and mid-traps for a strong, natural pulling path.

Pronated (Overhand): Targets upper back, rear delts, and rhomboids for thickness and width.

Supinated (Underhand): Targets lower lats and biceps by keeping elbows tucked tight to your ribs.

ROUGE FATBELLS

GYM

APOLLO GYM IS THE ONLY TRAINING CENTRE IN AUSTRALIA EQUIPPED WITH THE ROUGE FATBELLS.

THEY RANGE IN WEIGHTED PAIRS FROM 9LBS TO 150LBS (APPROX 4KG TO 70KG).

THIS IS AN EXCITING TRAINING VARIATION TO DBS & KETTLEBELLS.

THE FATBELL IS A KETTLEBELL, WITH THE HANDLE MOVED TO THE CENTRE, OR CORE.

THIS CENTRAL HAND PLACEMENT, IS DESIGNED TO BALANCE THE WEIGHT EQUALLY AROUND THE HAND. IT IS A BLENDING OF THE KETTLEBELL & DB.

THE AIM IS TO MAKE THE HAND & BELL FEEL CLOSELY CONNECTED.

THE OBJECTIVE IS TO REDUCE SHEARING FORCE ON JOINTS, WHILE ADDING A BALANCED LOAD DISTRIBUTION TO MUSCLES & CONNECTIVE TISSUE.

FATBELLS CAN BE USED IN A LARGE VARIETY OF DB & KETTLE BELL MOVEMENTS.

WHEN COMPARED TO DBS & KETTLEBELLS, THEIR SMALLER DIAMETER TO WEIGHT, ALLOWS FOR LARGER ROM IN SOME EXERCISES.

USERS SAY THE FATBELL WEIGHT DOES FEEL HEAVIER TO THE CORRESPONDING DB LOAD.

ANOTHER INNOVATIVE FORM OF TRAINING, THAT IS NOW AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS.

WATSON DB UPGRADE.

WATSON DBS, NOW TWO SETS, SPANNING A LENGTH OF 20 METRES.

ANOTHER WATSON SECTION (SEEN ON WHITE RACK) HAS BEEN ADDED, RANGING FROM 20KG TO 70KG.

THIS IMPROVEMENT REPLACES THE RUBBER ABC DBS.

WATSON DBS ARE TOP QUALITY TO USE. THEY ARE COMPACT & BALANCED IN WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION, WITH THICK KNURLED HANDLES. THE CHROME ALSO MAKES THEM A STAND OUT.

WATSON ADJUSTABLE STANDING BICEPS BENCH.

THIS IS A VERY UNIQUE, VERSATILE BENCH. IT IS BASED ON THE STANDING STRICT INCLINE BENCHES OF THE SILVER ERA (1940-60s) OF BODY BUILDING.

THE BENCH CAN BE ADJUSTED FROM AN ALMOST VERTICAL POSITION, THROUGH RANGES TO FLAT.

THE MODERN INNOVATION IS THE SLIDING, LOCKABLE SIDE WINGS.

THIS FACILITATES ELBOW SUPPORT FOR STRICT CURLS & FLOOR PRESS.

FOR SHOULDER PRESSING THE WINGS CAN BE MOVED OUT OF THE WAY. THE WINGS CAN ALSO BE LOCKED INTO PLACE, PROVIDING TOP EDGE SUPPORT IN THE LOWER SECTION OF THIS LIFT.

MANY STANDING OR LYING MOVEMENTS CAN BE PERFORMED USING THIS BENCHES STRICT SUPPORT.

STANDING STRICT EXERCISES PROMOTE AN INCREASED ACTIVATION OF STABILISING MUSCLES IN THE LEGS & LOWER BACK.

THE FOOT SUPPORT CAN BE ANGLED FOR USER COMFORT. THE BACK PAD PROVIDES SAFE RECRUITMENT OF THIS REGION.

MICHAEL DEMONSTRATES SOME OF THE VARIOUS EXERCISES THAT CAN BE IMPLEMENTED.

THE WATSON STANDING BENCH IS A GREAT ADDITION TO APOLLO GYMS VERSATILE COLLECTION.
