Coach Lori Knight. The Whole Shebang

Wow what a book, and many parts of her story I can relate to in my own way.
You need to read it for yourself, I will say that Chapter Ten, the marriage from Hell was triggering and I could write a similar chapter of my own life, as many of you who have fallen for the love bombing narcissist could.
Interestingly I feel inspired to write about things I have kept private. I’ve kept private to maintain my dignity and feel no need to justify myself as what happened just happened. It hurt, I learned from it and I healed.
However, with the recent unexpected loss of friends I have known I feel inspired by Liza to write about my experience with a person that showed malignant narcissist tendencies. Only so that my words may help someone else to feel seen rather than feel crazy.
So as Liza said, “wait till you hear this!”
