Leora founded Strong Bayside with a simple mission: to help everyday people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through strength training in a supportive community environment.
With years of experience in the fitness industry, Leora is passionate about helping members of all ages and fitness levels discover what they're capable of. Whether it's guiding someone through their very first workout, helping a member regain strength and confidence, or supporting clients to achieve goals they never thought possible, Leora is committed to making every person feel welcome and supported.
