Last night we focused on joint mobility
Moving through full range of movement in neck, shoulders, hips, spine, knees, ankles and wrists
Our guests might not have noticed it but we covered it all
Our flow was effortless and nourishing
Guests left with a visible glow of joy and release
As we shift into our next phase of adulthood we need to focus on functional movement and every session at Chelsea Heights Yoga keeps this in mind

We're back Yogis
We have been busy looking for a purpose built venue and I'm thrilled to share that I've found a gorgeous space at 52 - 107 Wells Road
The space is a wellness hub, where businesses operate independently but share a common goal. Holistic wellness for the ALL. In time new services and classes will be offered to compliment your wellness goals.
