✨ The Bri-Fit 8 Week Reset: Fuel. Train. Thrive.✨
This is for the mums who are tired of:
* starting over every Monday
* feeling all over the place with nutrition

This week I say goodbye to 5 long term clients

Tia & Tanner are moving to QLD ☀️🌊
Tahlia & Winn are moving house out a bit further away 🥲🏡
Cass, Kait & Amber are ready to spread their wings and enter a gym - the true goal of pt is building up clients form, strength and confidence to be able to go out on their own with confidence in what they're doing so I am really proud of them for getting to this point 🦋
All 5 of these beautiful girls I've trained between 2-4 years (wild), training most of them before I even had my boys. These girls aren't just my clients but are my true friends, so I will miss them all so so much. I've seen them all get stronger/fitter, I've seen our babies bond and grow into wild toddlers, this will be a huge change but I am forever grateful each one of them entered my life! (Luckily I'll still be seeing Kait, cass & Amber at Pilates 🥳)
We are a close knit community here at Bri-Fit, I have made so many incredible friendships and bonds. This truly is the best job in the world, I am forever grateful for every client (and their kids) who join our crew. Although I tell ya what it's bloody hard when people have to leave 🤣 gonna go cry now
Love you all so much, thank you for trusting me to be your coach for so long. I'll miss you all more than you know 🩵💙🩵💙
