Mental health issues is a killer so because of that I think I might be taking a break for a while. For the last year now I've been trying to get a business up and running living off the doll. I've had so many ups and downs but at the moment the Downs are taking over and are starting to affect my everyday life so Please look after your own mental health or if you know someone struggling and not doing so well or maybe something just seems a little bit off. Just ask the question. ARE YOU OKAY? IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP. A LITTLE BIT OF CARE GOES A LONG WAY. Can even save somebody's life. Hope I'm still here in the morning To realise there's much more To life. So not doing this for attention but the struggles of my everyday life can be too much on a regular basis. Life is what you make it, sometimes you can't make it what you want it to be and you have to accept the reality that maybe it's time to move on and concentrate on something different. Anyway, just saying that's where my head is at the moment. If I disappear for a bit you know why. Freedom, fresh air and a lot of me Time to think about future reality and upcoming opportunities. Please be safe and stay with me because I will be back. cptsd is a killer and if I don't take care of myself it will get me in the end. Be strong and like my grandfather said if you don't eat, you don't s*** you don't s*** you die and I'm not eating so it's time for some me time to get back on track. Please check in on anyone with mental health issues. It can save their lives just by a little bit of care 🙏
