Over the weekend Justin once again lowered his 5k PB to 18:17 🔥 (3:39/km).
Before Justin joined PB1 in September 2023 he had never run a sub 20min 5k. Since early 2024, he has never run a ParkRun or 5k TT over 20mins.
Consistent work has resulted in Justin continuing to raise the bar. His program focuses on quality threshold and speed work which continues to pay off dividends for Justin.
Incredible work Justin! Sub 18 is in sights!!

A couple of weeks ago Dawn crushed her half Marathon PB by 8mins at the Geelong Half.
Her specific training was not the only thing that unlocked this new PB for her. It was also coming into the race with game plans that she could implement throughout the race depending upon how the body was responding on the day.
We are now working towards the Geelong marathon in September and then onto the Canberra 100k Triathlon in November. An exciting year of development and progression ahead for Dawn!
Great work Dawn!

What an honour it was to be part of this journey and what a fantastic way to close the chapter on this adventure.
Premiere viewing of Born To Fly earlier in the week. The story of Rahul’s journey to becoming the first person to run the length of Sri Lanka and now a word record holder.
Feats like this take a team supporting and coordinating with each other to ensure success. Massive kudos in particular to .lawson and .khajeian both for their support of Rahul and documenting of the process from Day 1.
Sufficed to say there are big things in the works, we are only just getting started!
