✨ PWR Strength Testing Day ✨

Our first quarterly strength testing day of 2026, and the energy was unreal.

Huge effort across the board with everyone showing up and pushing themselves. Plenty of PBs hit, and an incredible atmosphere with everyone backing each other and celebrating the wins.

Now we’ve got some big targets to chase for the next testing day in June!

Massive shoutout to our coaches .m.w , & .foster for getting clients prepared and helping the day run so smoothly.

And a big thank you to for jumping in and helping out today too.

Strong is healthy. Onto the next.

Big few weeks coming up at PWR 👀🔥

Our Injury Prevention Workshop brings Flexing Physio in-house to chat all things injury prevention, management and how to stay pain-free so you can keep training long-term. 🔥🏋🏼‍♀️

PWR UP is our first ever in-house max-out day. We’ve got a stacked lineup of lifters in the works, trying new challenges, hang out with the crew outside of PT sessions. Gonna be a great time to get around each other 🖤

PWR HYROX wraps up our 10-week Hyrox Saturday block with a full in-house simulation. Perfect if you want to test the format and see if Hyrox is your thing. 🥵 🤌🏼

And for something a little different, Pickleball is our first client social of the year, a chance to meet members you don’t usually train with, get out of the gym and have some fun. 🤪🏓

💥Meet PWR GYM’s newest coach! 💥

Please join us in welcoming Jess Thompson to the PWR GYM team! 💪🔥

Jess will be coaching sessions within the gym, supporting members as they work towards their health and fitness goals.

Coming from a high-level soccer background, Jess brings a strong standard of excellence to his coaching.

He’s passionate about strength training, distance running, athletic performance, and helping clients achieve their body composition goals through a holistic approach.

Jess is also a true product of PWR GYM, having trained here as a client for the past 24 months, he’s achieved some incredible results along the way, including over 10kg of lean muscle gained, completing his first half marathon, as well as some impressive strength achievements within the gym. 🏃‍♂️💥

His journey makes him a prime example and somebody who you can truly learn from and be inspired by.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a more genuine and down to earth guy who will no doubt excel in his new found coaching role within PWR GYM.

PWRFUL CHRISTMAS 🎅🌲🫶🏻

5 kg fat loss, a 10 cm drop around the waist and hips, plus a 40 kg bench press just to name a few.

Let’s recap incredible 12-week fat loss phase leading into her wedding to her partner Alaa. 💍

Over these 12 weeks, Kim got into the best shape of her life dropping from 60kgs down to 55kgs. She did this through consistency and a plan that fit her lifestyle.

She stayed the course and crushed her performance goals, improving her strength training and running along the way.

Kim can now enjoy the fruits of her labour on the upcoming honeymoon, and when she’s home, it’s time to get to work on that reverse diet.

44kgs of Fat loss. 5kgs of lean muscle. 100kg Deadlifts, multiple half marathons with some full marathons & hyrox’s in the near future.

not only has he transformed his life, habits and routines. He has also implemented the plan devised for him and a lifestyle that will hold him in good stead as he ages.

Fantastic achievement considering he was on the couch and not a thought over exercise just over 12 months ago.

What a turn around 👏🏽
