If you’re anything like me and are finding it hard to commit to post-iso schedules right now, here’s the answer: a 6 Week Program!

Starting on November 30th, each week will feature 4 pre-recorded Pilates classes for you to complete in your own time. This way you can still get your Pilates fix without having to sacrifice your social life.

The content will be released in weekly blocks and you will also have access to some nutrition advice from Dietician Stef.

The challenge will consist of 24 classes and is priced at $95— which works out to be less than $4 a class.

Melbourne is back on and we’re finally free! With this in mind, the Pilates schedule is going to be easing back for a little while.

There is something in the works, with more info coming soon! Classes will continue on Saturday mornings, so that you can still get your Pilates fix🤸‍♀️⭐️

It’s quite common for Pilates to be overlooked by men, as it has a reputation for being low impact. Many men focus on pumping weights, drinking shakes, and training large muscle groups.

As the larger muscle groups are trained and take on extra load, the deep muscles that Pilates works to strengthen, become dormant.

Regular Pilates training will strengthen these deep muscles, helping us to run faster, lift heavier, and stand taller.
