What a journey ❤️. I have a kids colouring poster in my kitchen that the kids and I coloured in together ages ago and I’m constantly reminding the kids to read it. I read it yesterday. And again today. It reads simply “challenges make us stronger”. Thanks kiddos - you’re right! So lets go see what the world throws at me next 👊🏼.

SWAP IT OUT 🔀
Trade 30min of couch time on this beautiful day for 30min of fun and joyful movement.
✅Reminder that exercise doesn’t have to be about running, jumping or throwing weights all the time. Just staying active and moving your body by playing (getting a we**ie 💁🏻‍♀️) or walking the dog every day will contribute to not only burning some extra energy, but keeping you more mobile and improving your overall physical and mental health.
So get up! And get moving!

👋🏼I have two big passions in the fitness world. Muay Thai 🥊, and helping people move better 🚶‍♀️ especially those with more complex needs.
↗️This is why I am up-skilling as a Personal trainer, to become a Sports and Exercise Scientist.
I’ve entered (finally) my 3rd and final year of this degree - which involves a lot of placement hours whilst also juggling kids and work. So it’s going to be a big year! And I’m excited to share some of my journey with you as the year moves forward.

Helllllloooooooo 2022 👋🏼.
It might look not look like I’m doing much over here, but I’m working hard behind the scenes at upskilling and creating a better version of me. Always more to learn, forever a student 👩‍🎓.
(Also - it’s school holidays so kid’s are home EVERY day and between my training, clients, and entertaining my small humans - I am knackered 😂).

Today’s news was not quite what I was expecting. With my kids not returning to school face to face at school for a while still to come, I need to hold off taking on proper work for now.
There will still be a few spots here and there when I can fit you in. Message me to discuss.
But for now my kids have to remain my focus. Much love to all through this crazy time. 💛

💣 I just want to remind everyone that it’s absolutely ok if you aren’t working out like crazy - just don’t let your health go backwards though! You’ll feel mentally and physically worse for it.
🏃🏻‍♀️ Still try and keep active with a walk/bike ride/scooter/dance-off - whatever you enjoy! Just try and get out every day and enjoy the 🐝 -eautiful spring 🌼 sunshine we have just been blessed with.
⚡️ Moving your body as well as some vitamin D will help you physically and mentally feel better. Stay safe and stay connected.
