We tighten up their structure, fix their programming, dial in nutrition properly and magic 🪄 - they recomp (lose fat AND build muscle)
But here’s what no one wants to hear…
Eventually, you have to choose one path for a period of time.
You can’t push a serious muscle building phase while also expecting aggressive fat loss.
At some point your energy has to go into one clear outcome.
That’s where I see a lot of women sabotage themselves.
No clear phase or targets. Just putting in effort with no actual plan or strategy in place.
blurred effort creates blurred results.

I remember thinking:
From the front, I looked fine.
In clothes, I looked fine.
But I hated the way I looked in a bikini. Or activewear…

Someone asked me on a podcast what holds women back from building muscle.
This was my answer…
FEAR.
Fear of eating more.
Fear of lifting heavier.
Fear of weight gain.
And it shows up in sneaky ways you may not even realise.
You say you want bigger glutes… but you panic the second the scale goes up 0.5kg?
You say you want to get strong… but you stay with the same dumbbells for months because going heavier feels uncomfortable.
You say you want to look athletic… but you’re still choosing the lowest calorie options.
So you sit in the middle.
Not eating enough to grow.
Not committing enough to a proper deficit to get properly lean.
That middle ground is where physiques stay the same and frustration grows
The women who build muscle mommy physiques just decided that staying the same is scarier than gaining a little weight.
