What does your Heart Rate say about your training? 👀
Your HRM zones are based on your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR) meaning the percentages you see are personalised to YOU.
💚Zone 1 = Recovery & movement
🩵Zone 2 = Aerobic fitness & endurance
💙Zone 3 = Conditioning & work capacity
💜Zone 4 = High-performance training
🧡Zone 5 = Maximum effort
And here’s something many people get wrong...
🚫 The goal isn’t to spend the entire session in Orange..
Every zone has a purpose.
The best results come from training in the right zone at the right time.. not just chasing the highest heart rate possible.
