Hi, I’m Elissa.
I love beer, lifting heavy things and listening to heavy metal (choose any TWO at any given time).

My job is to show you how amazing life can be when you’re fit, strong and healthy.
But not because you’ve got shredded abs, a butt you could bounce a coin off or millions of Instagram followers waiting for your next selfie - it goes far deeper than that.

It’s about being strong AF mentally and physically.

The gym breeds the kind of confidence and unshakeable character that makes you a BADASS AT LIFE.

Smashing boundaries of what you thought you were capable of is exactly like when an incredible guitar riff comes on and raises the hair on the back of your neck. It gets your heart racing and swells your heart up in your chest.
