5 aside, 5 minute halves, 10 players per team Who would have thought beach and rugby would make a good combination? Well we did.
Melbourne’s beaches are looking for teams of 10 to compete and see who will be the last team standing. The game is simple, 5 per side, 5-minute halves, played on a 25 x 35m field, making it even more fast-paced and intense than ever. There are no scrums, no lineouts, and no crying if you lose. The year 2020 has become a blur but we haven't forgotten you. As soon as the Beaches are open for competition sport, we will be back. Even though at the moment it feel like it won't happen until 2045. We will keep you posted.
