Mandy is often one of the first people youโ€™ll connect with at Fitcare and Alliedcare. As our Administration Manager, she helps guide enquiries, coordinate services and keep communication flowing across our teams.

This week we officially launched North Side Track Club and weโ€™re so excited to get this one off the ground.

A new weekly space for movement, connection and building confidence, with sessions designed to be active, social and welcoming for all fitness levels.

Whether itโ€™s walking the track, getting involved in games, or simply showing up and being part of the group, itโ€™s all about creating a supportive environment where progress feels fun.

Salsa with Gali ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Every Friday in St Kilda, Gali's Salsa session brings people together to move, build confidence, and enjoy being part of a supportive community.

No experience needed. Whether youโ€™re a complete beginner or trying dancing for the first time, everyone is welcome. Thereโ€™s no long term commitment, just come along and give it a go.

Along the way, youโ€™ll build coordination, balance, proprioception and rhythm, all in an environment where people support and encourage each other.

Nanak started with Fitcare as a coach and has grown into an Area Coordinator, bringing his strong foundation in health and fitness into the way he supports participants today.

With a background in personal training and a focus on disability fitness and support, he delivers personalised, goal-focused support that builds confidence, independence and sustainable healthy habits.

Working closely with participants and their wider support teams, Nanak creates structured, supportive environments that drive meaningful, everyday outcomes.
Known for his approachable and supportive nature, he is passionate about helping people improve their overall quality of life.
