Can children and adolescents train strength?π€
πͺNot only can they, but incorporating strength training at an early age improves muscle and bone development, something that will help them throughout their lives.
Beliefs that lifting weight will affect growth are wrong, as summarized above.

"Find your why"
I train when I feel like it. And if I don't feel like it, I look for a reason to train and I give my best in the session.
Sometimes we are tired, not motivated or too busy and we decided not to train. On those times it is important to find the "why" we want to train, what we want to achieve. Without a "why" is hard to commit. I invite you to find your why and put it in paper so you don't forget about it.

I describe myself as a "Health coach" because I take a holistic approach to health and well-being.
My aim is to maintain my youthfulness as long as possible, and to achieve that, I focus on looking after my strength, mobility, nutrition, hydration and mindfulness.
Itβs been a long journey of self development to get to this point, and that's what I want to pass to the people I train.
