Plenty of Disrupt on this old fave of someone’s. Was almost going to be thrown out. Little bit of dingbat care and it’s ready to disrupt some water and glide again.

Brand new craft with a solid rail ding and some chips and dents over it.
This one was tricky and unique.
I’m usually NOT here to bag out models and shapes but these low cost, poor quality β€œaffordable” boards are not great.
Low quality blanks, low quality glass, low quality production.

The glass delaminates from the foam. You can see it in pic 3. The actual ding and drama is bigger than the chunk out of the rail.
The smallest amount of heat can cause this, So sanding and any process needs to be considered. Repairing them is an ache. 😫
Mission was to get it back to as new as possible and it came up ok.
Colour matching is always one of my biggest struggles and learnings each time.
Anyhoo. Red e to ride

But pay a bit more and get quality.
The cheap price is long forgotten when it falls apart.
Short term cheap, long term costly.

Couple of long line cracks and chips. Also peeled off some of that quick fix stuff that imo is only good for travelling or temporary fixes.

Every pointy end was smashed in on this one. Rebuild, repair and some art..
Tricky yet enjoyed repairing it. Redoing the artwork to finish topped it off.

Symmetry is a high priority on swallow tails. Happy with this one.

Now you CAN fly !!! πŸ¦‹

The pool really knocks ya craft around . This one has seen the concrete a few times and it was my turn to fix up some new dings and redo someone else’s work.
