GAME 5 🩵💛❤️

Comets took to the track one final time to battle for bronze against Blood Marys. After a hard-fought game, Comets finished their TGSS campaign with a score of 98-174. While the result didn’t go our way, we’re incredibly proud of the grit, determination, and heart shown by this team all weekend. 💙💛❤️

Finishing 4th out of 21 teams is an incredible achievement, especially in Comets’ first year together. This team has grown so much throughout the season, and we’re excited to see what comes next!

GAME 4 🩵💛❤️

Comets took on Valkyries in the semi-final, fighting hard right until the final whistle. Despite a huge effort and plenty of heart, the Comets finished with a score of 126-170.

So proud of the determination, teamwork, and resilience shown by every skater throughout the game and amazing effort from the bench! 💪

Next up, Comets take to the track once more as they battle it out for bronze against Bloody Marys! 🥉

GAME 3 🩵💛❤️

The Comets' third game of the tournament was against Inner West Roller Derby League Bamshees. It was a noisy, fast-paced game - the Bamshees brought incredible teamwork, agility and strategy, and the scores were neck and neck the whole way, but in the end the Comets secured the win!

The Roses faced off against the Toxics in a hard-hitting battle, with Roses taking the win 🌹

Thunder also took on Potluck Team, with skaters from across Victoria facing off against the 7th ranked team in Oceania! Thunder took the win! 🌩️
