🤸🏽‍♀️✨ We’ve just completed an incredible 4 week Gymnastics Program with the junior students at Mordialloc Beach Primary School! 🤸🏼‍♂️🤩

Each session was packed with a variety of exciting activities, helping every student stay engaged, continue learning, and enjoy minimal waiting time throughout the lessons ✅👏

From forward and backward rolls, to handstands, shape jumps, and even animal travels across the beams, the students absolutely thrived! 💪⭐️

On Sunday, 7th June, join us at the State Gymnastics Centre for our Salto Workshop—participants will work on forward and backward saltos, with key progressions covered to elevate these two skills. 🚀

Later in June, on Sunday, 28th June, we’re back with our popular Round Off & Back Handspring Workshop, perfect for students aiming to refine their Round Off & Back Handspring technique and progress toward connecting both skills seamlessly. ✨
