If “manage your stress” was useful advice, we’d all be zen by now 😂

The problem isn’t that nobody knows stress is bad.

It’s that most advice stops at:

“Try to relax.”
“Do some breathing.”
“Get more sleep.”

Okay… HOW? 😭

And if you’re stressed right now and struggling with it, that does not mean you’re failing.

It means you’re human.

You can be doing your best, trying to take care of yourself, and still feel overwhelmed sometimes.

That’s exactly why stress management should not be about “being better at coping.”

It should be about having simple tools that make hard moments easier to move through.

Stress management is a skill.

You don’t need to eliminate every stressful thing from your life to get better at it.

You need a few tools you can actually reach for when your brain is racing, your shoulders are up to your ears, or you’ve somehow opened Instagram for the 47th time because you’re “relaxing” 😂

🧠 Racing thoughts → get them onto paper

😤 Stressful moment → take a 10 minute walk

📱 Overstimulated → remove the stimulation

🫁 Feeling physically wound up → slow your breathing

😬 Holding tension → progressive muscle relaxation

And PLEASE don’t try to implement all of these tomorrow.

Pick one.

Practise it.

Then build from there.

Because the goal isn’t to become a woman who never feels stressed.

It’s to become a woman who knows what to do when stress shows up. ❤️

And if you want more than an Instagram carousel…

I made you a full PMOS Stress Reset Guide that breaks these tools down step by step and explains the research behind them.

Are you scared lifting weights will make you bulky? 👀

Let’s get real for a second.

Unless you’re downing steroids for breakfast,

You’re not suddenly waking up looking like The Rock in a sports bra.

Here’s what strength training actually does for PMOS:

✅ Tones your body
✅ Helps regulate ovulation
✅ Improves insulin resistance
✅ Reduces androgens
✅ Lowers inflammation
✅ Boosts mood and brain power
✅ Lets you burn more fat even while Netflixing on the couch

Basically… lifting weights is the ultimate PMOS cheat code.

So next time you’re at the gym, skip the cardio grind and head over to the weight racks

That’s where the magic happens 😊

Comment “STRENGTH” and we’ll send you a free PMOS weight training program 💪

“This week I’m actually going to stick to it” … famous last words 😂

You’ve tried the clean eating phase.

The no sugar phase.

The “I’m meal prepping EVERYTHING this Sunday” phase.

The 10,000 step phase.

The random supplement you saw someone swear changed their life phase.

And somehow a few weeks later you’re standing in the kitchen on a Sunday evening thinking…

“Right. Monday. For real this time.”

You do not need another dramatic restart.

You need a plan you can actually follow when work gets busy, motivation disappears and life does what life does.

Because knowing what to do isn’t the same as having a system that helps you keep doing it.

If you’re tired of restarting your PMOS weight loss journey and you’re ready to actually make this one stick…

Comment COACH and we’ll show you how we help women lose weight and take control of their PMOS without pulling their hair out 😂

10 things to do after a PCOS/PMOS flare that nobody talks about 👇

1️⃣ Don’t panic and slash your calories

A flare does NOT automatically mean you need to eat less or do more cardio.

Give your body a few days before changing everything.

2️⃣ Look back the last 30 days

Ask:

How was my sleep?
Was stress higher?
Did I travel?
Was I sick?
Did exercise increase?
Where am I in my cycle?

Today’s symptoms may have started days ago.

3️⃣ Walk after meals

Try 10 minutes after your biggest meals.

It can help reduce the blood sugar rise after eating. Or do 10-20 body weight squats for 3 minutes if you can’t do a walk.

4️⃣ Deload instead of quitting

If you feel wrecked, reduce workout volume for a few days.

Less sets.
Slightly lighter weights.
More recovery.

5️⃣ Identify the ACTUAL symptom

Acne?
Hunger?
Fatigue?
Bloating?
Late period?
Hair growth?

Stop calling everything “a PCOS flare.”

Different symptoms can need different solutions.

6️⃣ Check your sleep quality

Getting 8 hours means very little if you wake up exhausted.

Snoring, daytime sleepiness and waking unrefreshed are worth paying attention to.

7️⃣ Check your fasting insulin

Normal blood sugar doesn’t always mean your insulin is normal too.

Ask whether fasting insulin was actually tested alongside your fasting glucose.

8️⃣ Track your actual cycle length

Don’t just write “period came.”

Track the number of days between periods.

If your cycles keep getting very long, that matters.

9️⃣ Pay attention to sudden changes

If acne, facial hair or other androgen symptoms suddenly get MUCH worse, don’t automatically blame PCOS.

Rapid changes deserve investigating.

🔟 Change ONE thing at a time

Don’t suddenly:

Cut carbs
Cut gluten
Cut dairy
Add cardio
Start fasting
Buy 7 supplements

You’ll have no clue what actually helped.

Track the flare.
Look for the trigger.
Make one sensible change.
Then watch what happens.

That’s real PCOS(PMOS) management.

Not panic buying another supplement stack ❤️
