Maree lost 8kg across 12 weeks of coaching with Will.
Maree started with 3PT with the goal of changing her body composition and building some consistency with her work in the gym. Whilst quite an active person Maree was the first to admit that she found it hard to stay consistent with resistance training specifically. To her credit, once she started she didn’t miss a session and that along with her diving head-first into her nutrition changes allowed her to get such a good result.
What we did with Maree:
▪️ We started her program with 2 gym sessions and 2 home-based sessions. this was done to make access to training super easy. Once the habit of training was pretty well ingrained we moved to 4 gym-based sessions.
▪️ Nutrition started with a habit-based approach via building consistency with a daily meal rhythm and then simply prioritising whole foods within these meals. Once we plateaued in fat loss and required a more accurate approach to nutrition, we moved on to tracking calories and this was a super easy transition after Maree had already built these good nutrition habits.

It’s a MASSIVE weekend for a couple of our 3PT coaches
hanson is playing in the VFL Grand Final for . The game is at 3:10pm this Sunday at IKON Park
dellaportas is competing this weekend at the Powerlifting National Championships. Not only this, he is coaching clients along with another 3PT coach whose client .fitness is also competing. This event is held at Melbourne Sports Centre, Parkville both Saturday and Sunday

11kg drop for in his first fat loss phase with .
Junior is a beast and as you can see from these comparison photos he’s made some massive progress in the initial stages of his transformation.
Junior is a classic example of some who just persisted throughout the whole process to get this result. Specifically to nutrition, each week he asked questions, took feedback on board and it kept getting better and better until he was getting very regular, consistent drops in bodyweight. As a coach, this is basically everything you can ask for. Not perfection but a client that just keep going and has the drive to continue being better.
Junior is also insanely strong. A highlight being his bench press where he can rep 160kg. His training overall is always on and so much so we have had to try and pull him back a couple of times he goes so hard.
Junior is moving into a maintenance period now before going back into a second fat loss phase

Here is Bernie’s transformation with across 2 years of coaching.
Starting pictures Bernie was 63kg and currently sitting at 57kg at the end of this most recent fat loss phase. You can see in the pictures that Bernie has had some significant gains in muscle mass especially through the back, glutes and shoulders.
What we did with Bernie:
▪️ Resistance training 4-5 days per week. As we got further into coaching we used a lot of specialisation phases to bring up certain muscle groups but this was only possible through Bernie being ultra consistent from basically day 1 of coaching.
▪️ Rotated through periods of tracking calories and intuitive eating. Tracking was the goal in initial stages of coaching plus all fat loss phases over this time. In periods where we could afford/wanted to be less accurate with intake Bernie was just intuitively eating but it was off the back of a lot of hard work learning about foods and their composition during her periods of tracking.
▪️Bernie was already in a really good habit of staying active so assigning rough step targets has been used throughout most of this time
With all that being said you can put Bernie’s success down to her being one of the most diligent and consistent clients we have ever seen. Everything she has achieved, she’s worked very hard for and it’s extremely well deserved.

.roldanruiz started with with the goal to get back to consistent training, add some size and drop some body fat.
What we did with Carlos:
▪️5 day training split that turned into 6 in his 2nd mesocycle. Carlos has a massive work capacity and could deal with high weekly training volumes really well.
▪️ We started with a habit based nutrition approach focusing on meal consistency and composition before recently moving into some tracking which he is finding very easy due to the work just mentioned.
▪️Introduced some short cardio based work at the end of 3 upper sessions

3PT CLIENT OF THE MONTH
After initially only joining 3PT for Bruno, has been an amazing addition to the gym.
Vic is one of the hardest trainers in the room and has seen some amazing results by being ultra-consistent for a very long time. Another reason she’s progressed so well is that she is very invested in the process and always wants to learn the ins and outs of everything related to her training and nutrition.
All the coaches and members that know Vic would agree that she’s a great person to be around and brings a lot of energy every time she comes in.
Well done Vic and thank you for what you bring to 3PT.

As we enter the second half of the year, the 3PT studio is coming up to it’s 6th year in Port Melbourne. Since we started our goal has been to create the leading 1:1 in training studio in the area. We have worked very hard over the last few years to build a team of coaches that hold the same beliefs and values and create a training environment where everyone feels welcome.
