Change is always bittersweet. While we’re sad to say goodbye to the incredible Allie who has been such an integral part of our studio for so long, we’re so grateful for the care, energy, and dedication she has shared with us and our Sage community! 🫶🏼
At the same time, change brings growth, fresh energy and the chance to evolve so we’re excited to have Ari join Liv in programming our classes!

New to reformer or keen to improve your knowledge of foundational Pilates movements? Book into one of our Beginner classes!
With programming created by our instructor Liv, both classes (Strength & Athletic) will highlight and focus on the traditional Pilates principles; encouraging correct posture, breathing and abdominal engagement. The classes will be at a lower intensity and gradually increase in difficulty as the weeks progress.
Our Athletic classes are slightly faster paced than our Strength Classes - expect your heart rate to increase during an Athletic Class! Strength Classes will allow for more time in each exercise, giving the opportunity to build through layers and progressions.
